What you’ll do:

  • Design and execute retention strategies to boost repeat purchases and AOV.
  • Build and optimize customer journeys across email, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and improve loyalty.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to enhance post-purchase experience.


What we’re looking for:

  • 2–4 years in

    retention/CRM

    roles at a D2C brand.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle, LTV, churn, and engagement metrics.
  • Experience with tools like Klaviyo, WebEngage, or similar.
  • Analytical, creative, and passionate about D2C brands.
