TROOST is looking for a creative Print Designer to develop fresh and expressive designs for our rug collections. Whether you’re a fresher with a strong portfolio or an experienced designer, what matters most is your ability to create prints that resonate with modern, design-aware consumers. What you’ll do: Develop unique, trend-aware rug prints for our upcoming collections Translate concepts into production-ready digital artworks Research global and local design trends to inspire new ideas Collaborate with our product team to ensure designs are both aesthetic and practical What we’re looking for: Strong eye for design, color, and patterns Proficiency in design software (Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar) Ability to create expressive, contemporary, and consumer-centric designs Openness to feedback and iteration Work setup: Role can be onsite (office in Panipat, Haryana) or remote , depending on the candidate’s fit Full-time engagement If you have a portfolio that reflects your creativity, we’d love to see it.
