Role Overview

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the

    Primary POC

    for client accounts, building and nurturing long-term relationships.
  • Own

    end-to-end customer engagement

    from onboarding,

    product training

    , and adoption to renewals and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for

    upselling and cross-selling

    to maximize revenue and client success.
  • Lead

    contract negotiation

    and ensure agreements deliver

    maximizing profit

    for the business.
  • Regularly engage with clients, gathering

    product feedback

    and collaborating with developers to enhance the platform.
  • Forecast and track

    account metrics, reporting on performance and pipeline progress.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support enterprise sales initiatives.
  • Conduct

    product demos

    and facilitate seamless customer onboarding.
  • Proactively handle client escalations and ensure

    timely delivery of solutions

    aligned with customer needs.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of enterprise sales experience

    and

    1+ year in account management

    .
  • Strong communication skills in

    English & Hindi

    .
  • Experience in

    renewals, upselling, cross-selling, and enterprise client engagement

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    corporate procurement processes

    and

    SaaS/Cloud services

    .
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office

    and strong

    analytical/forecasting skills

    .
  • A problem solver and

    team player

    with a customer-first orientation
  • Educational Qualification:

    Graduate (B.Tech, B.E., B.Sc. Electronics, BCA preferred).
