Role & responsibilities We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiter with 2-5 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a key role in helping us build strong teams across Business development function by identifying and attracting top talent. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles (inside sales, field sales, leadership) as well as other business positions when required Source candidates through various platforms like LinkedIn, job portals, and internal referrals Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers Build strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Maintain and update hiring data, trackers, and reports Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines Manage offer roll-outs and follow-ups till candidate onboarding Preferred candidate profile 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Experience in SaaS Sales, BFSI, fintech, NBFC, or lending domain is a plus Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, ATS, etc.) Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize work effectively A people-first mindset and passion for finding great talent
