Role Overview

The CRM Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring an exceptional client experience, and supporting the sales team through effective use of CRM systems and data analytics. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth communication between sales, marketing, and post-sales teams to enhance customer engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the CRM database (such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or in-house systems) with accurate and updated customer data.
  • Track leads from generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer communication.
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to plan and execute CRM campaigns for lead nurturing and customer retention.
  • Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify sales trends, customer behavior, and potential areas for improvement.
  • Ensure post-sales support by coordinating with the customer care and documentation teams.
  • Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to ensure quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer communication through calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Assist in automating CRM processes to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales and customer service teams on CRM usage and updates.
  • Support loyalty programs, referral campaigns, and engagement initiatives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on relationship management.
  • Knowledge of the real estate sales cycle and customer journey preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience:

  • CRM Executive: 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales support (real estate experience preferred).
