Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Update and manage customer information in the CRM system.
  • Ensure data accuracy and regular follow-ups are recorded properly.
  • Coordinate between sales, support, and technical teams for smooth client servicing.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining communication flow.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on client interactions, feedback, and status updates.
  • Share customer insights with management to improve service quality.
  • Track client engagement and service delivery timelines.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities for renewals and cross-selling additional services.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to client retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,623.71 - ₹35,461.56 per month
