Customer Relationship Management Specialist

You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of LeadSquared CRM, including user setup, data management, and workflow configuration. Your role will involve designing and implementing automation rules to enhance lead flow, follow-ups, and team productivity. Additionally, you will create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and lead conversion. It will be crucial for you to ensure data accuracy, cleanliness, and CRM usability for the inside sales team.
