Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Chennai. The CRM Specialist will be responsible for setting up the CRM systems from scratch and scaling it from 0 to 25000 customers in 1 year time. He will also be responsible for analyzing customer data to improve sales and customer satisfaction, and coordinating with sales teams. Additional tasks include developing and implementing CRM strategies, managing CRM software, and ensuring that customer information is accurate and kept up-to-date.
