Job Description

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department. The role involves monitoring adherence to processes, tracking performance, preparing reports, and highlighting issues or delays to enable timely corrective action.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure departmental processes and SOPs are consistently followed
  • Monitor daily activities and performance metrics
  • Prepare and maintain process and performance reports
  • Identify gaps, delays, or breakdowns in the process and raise timely alerts
  • Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery
  • Support process audits and suggest improvements for efficiency
  • Prepare and update MIS daily

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA or operations background preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in process coordination, operations, or administration
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills (Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
