Set up machines, select appropriate grinding wheels, and adjust machine settings. Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools. Maintain equipment and ensure a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate with the coating and machining teams to meet production targets. Requirements: 2–3 years of experience in cylindrical grinding operations. Knowledge of machine setup, tooling, and grinding techniques. Ability to work independently and follow technical instructions. Familiarity with quality control and inspection tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to precision.
