Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist. The CRM Specialist will handle day-to-day activities including managing and analyzing customer data, developing and implementing CRM initiatives to enhance customer relationships, and overseeing customer engagement strategies. The role also involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to optimize customer-centric processes, tracking key customer metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through streamlined communications and project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales skills to enhance customer retention and drive growth
• Excellent Communication skills to foster clear and effective interaction with customers and internal teams
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret customer data and derive insights for strategic planning
• Experience in Project Management to oversee CRM initiatives and ensure timely execution
• Familiarity with CRM tools and software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• A team-oriented, customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
