Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Executive to support the execution of brand shoots, influencer campaigns, and key brand projects. This role will play a crucial part in assisting with end-to-end coordination across shoots, influencer onboarding, and content execution—ensuring timely delivery and brand alignment across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of influencer marketing, be highly organized, and have a keen eye for content quality, performance, and collaboration opportunities. Is this you? Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field 2–3 years of experience in brand marketing, influencer coordination, or shoot assistance Understanding of influencer culture, content trends, and social platforms Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to multitask across projects Experience supporting brand shoots and on-ground production Comfortable working with influencers, stylists, and content teams Eye for detail and basic understanding of content performance Familiarity with influencer tools and production workflows is a plus What You'll Do: Assist with brand content projects - scripting, concept planning, talent scouting, shoot prep, and on-ground shoot support Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand partners. Identify and collaborate with complementary brands for strategic partnerships. Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables for maximum ROI. Track and analyze influencer, brand partnership, and campaign performance. Plan and execute influencer-led on-ground activations, events, and BTL activities. Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels. Pre-requisites: 2-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or event marketing. Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and experiential marketing . Good with Copywriting Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills . Experience managing budgets and performance-based collaborations . Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms and digital advertising .
