Role Overview: As a Content Marketing Lead at Tacheon, you will play a vital role in shaping the content strategy for Tacheon and Smacient (our sister concern). You will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that resonates with our target audience. If you have a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you to showcase your skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content Strategy & Planning: Define the overall content roadmap aligned with our business goals. Identify key topics, formats, and channels to engage our target audience. 2. Content Creation & Management: Produce high-quality, actionable content (articles, videos, reels, newsletters) that helps readers use AI in their work. Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards. 3. Distribution & Promotion: Execute SEO best practices to drive organic traffic. Leverage social media, newsletters, and partnerships to amplify content reach. Track and report on content performance metrics, and optimize based on insights. What You'll Own: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement Plan, write edit and publish high-quality blog articles monthly that drive organic search traffic Repurpose written content into engaging video content for YouTube and Instagram Reels Develop and execute content calendars aligned with business objectives and seasonal opportunities Optimize all content for SEO and conversion, with a focus on affiliate monetization Analyze content performance and iterate based on traffic, engagement, and revenue metrics Manage existing affiliate relationships end-to-end: communication, performance tracking, optimization Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our content marketing efforts Who You Are: To check your fit for the role you should tick as many of the below as possible: You are passionate about content and community building You are always looking for ways to use AI to make yourself more productive You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment. Today, Smacient has evolved into a solutions provider to help businesses leverage generative AI for business efficiency and growth. While we work on AI implementation at Smacient, we focus on AI consulting and advisory at Tacheon.
