Roles & Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Messaging:

• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with brand voice and ICP needs.
• Create messaging across the content funnel (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) to support lead generation and brand awareness.
• Translate complex fintech solutions into clear, engaging narratives.

Content Creation & Quality:

• Write and edit high-quality content across formats blogs, case studies, videos, thought leadership, whitepapers, and website copy.
• Tailor tone and messaging for different platforms (LinkedIn, website, PR, etc.).
• Collaborate on multimedia content including video creation and editing.

Content Distribution & Amplification:

• Build and manage content distribution plans across owned, earned, and paid channels.
• Leverage SEO principles, keyword strategy, and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
• Drive LinkedIn content strategy to strengthen Opus brand presence.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with senior leadership, SMEs, and marketing teams to align content with business priorities.
• Partner with sales, product, and HR teams for employer branding initiatives.

Technology & Performance:

• Utilize Martech tools and AI-based solutions to enhance content creation and performance tracking.
• Implement KPI-based marketing strategies to measure content effectiveness and ROI.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 4+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in IT/technology.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities.
• Familiarity with SEO, content analytics, and performance metrics. Degree in communications, marketing, or related field with strong language proficiency.
