About the Role: We're looking for a Content Marketing Lead who lives and breathes crypto markets. This role owns how Mudrex explains, analyzes, and communicates crypto investing and tradingacross text, video, and social channels.You will be responsible for ensuring every piece of content reflects market awareness, technical accuracy, and strong point of viewwhether it's an SEO blog on perpetual futures, a Reddit thread on market structure, or a YouTube video reacting to volatility.This role is for someone who has operated inside crypto cycles, understands trader psychology, and can guide teams to produce content that is credible to serious market participants.Role & ResponsibilitiesCrypto-First Editorial Ownership

• Own editorial quality for all published content: SEO blogs, derivatives explainers, market analysis, technical analysis, and long-form research, marketing communication.
• Ensure factual accuracy across crypto conceptsspot vs derivatives, leverage, funding rates, liquidation mechanics, risk frameworks, and market structure.
• Edit content for crypto-native clarity, not surface-level explanations.
  

Market & Narrative Leadership

• Guide content narratives around:
• Market cycles (bull, bear, sideways)
• Macro events impacting crypto
• On-chain vs price action signals
• Regulatory developments and their implications
• Ensure content reflects current market context, not evergreen generalities.
  
  
  

Brand Voice Execution

• Own Mudrex's voice in crypto conversations - confident, data-backed, and non-hype.
• Ensure consistency across blogs, emails, social posts, video scripts, and campaign content.
• Actively prevent fear-mongering, shilling, or shallow narratives but delve deep into insight based communication.
  

Content Operations

• Run day-to-day content operations across:
• Long-form blogs & research
• Short-form market updates
• Educational explainers
• Marketing Communication
• Ensure smooth execution across technical content, branded content, and video teams.
  
  
  

Video & Social Content Oversight

• Oversee crypto video content across YouTube, Instagram, and Shorts.
• Review scripts, formats, and production quality from a market-accuracy and storytelling lens.
• Work with video and growth teams to experiment with:
• Market explainers
• Trade breakdowns
• Cycle-based content formats
• New Formats for driving engagement
  

Channel Growth (Crypto Communities)

• Own content quality and growth strategy for:
• Twitter (X): Crypto discourse & narratives
• Reddit: Long-form explanations & community trust
• LinkedIn: Market insights & institutional-facing content
• YouTube & Instagram: Education + discovery
• Ensure each channel operates with platform-native, crypto-native tone.

• Track content performance across SEO, social, and videolinking engagement to market relevance.
• Identify which crypto narratives, formats, and topics drive trust, retention, and long-term users.
• Continuously experiment with new content formats aligned to market conditions.
