Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Content Marketing Lead at Agora, responsible for developing and leading the global content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and drive demand. Your role will involve creating, editing, and optimizing various types of content, leveraging AI tools to accelerate content production while ensuring originality and quality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives. Additionally, you will be instrumental in influencing SEO strategy, managing editorial calendars, and measuring content performance for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead the global content marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, engage target audiences, and generate demand. - Create, edit, and optimize diverse content types such as blogs, whitepapers, case studies, email campaigns, landing pages, and social media assets. - Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Copy.ai, Grammarly, Surfer SEO, etc. to accelerate content production while maintaining originality and quality. - Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for various audiences. - Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to ensure content alignment with business goals. - Influence SEO strategy by conducting keyword research, optimizing content for search engines, and tracking content performance. - Manage editorial calendars, maintain brand tone/voice consistency, and ensure uniformity across all channels. - Measure and report on content performance, offering insights and suggestions for continuous enhancement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree (or higher) in English, Communications, Journalism, or related field, combined with a technical degree (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science). - Over 5 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing. - Demonstrated track record of producing high-quality content for a global audience. - Proficiency in using AI tools for content ideation, drafting, editing, and optimization. - Strong grasp of SEO, digital marketing channels, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc. - Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English. - Ability to simplify complex technical topics into engaging content. - Experience in managing contributors (in-house or freelance) and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: - Background in B2B SaaS or PaaS technology, or digital transformation industries. - Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce. - Strong project management abilities and adeptness at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
