Job Description

Role: Content Marketing Lead

We’re seeking an experienced Content Marketing Lead to drive brand awareness, thought leadership, and lead generation. The ideal candidate is a strategic storyteller with a passion for technology and the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging B2B content. A journalism background is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
Conduct audience, competitive, and keyword research to identify content gaps.
Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables.
Produce and edit diverse content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, social posts, email campaigns, and PR materials.
Collaborate with SMEs, agencies, and freelancers for specialized content.
Optimize content for SEO, distribution, and repurposing across channels.
Track KPIs, analyze performance, and refine strategies using data-driven insights.
Mentor junior writers and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
10+ years in B2B content marketing (preferably in cloud/data centers/enterprise IT).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a proven portfolio.
Expertise in SEO, analytics tools, and content platforms (HubSpot/Marketo).
Excellent project management, research, and collaboration skills.
