Job description Job Title: IT Sales Location: Indore Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Gen: Identify and qualify leads via cold calls, referrals, events. Build strong prospect pipelines through research and networking. Sales Execution: Conduct pitches/demos of colocation, cloud, and infrastructure services. Negotiate pricing, SLAs, and contract terms. Close deals to meet/exceed monthly and quarterly targets. Client Relationship Management: Build trust with IT managers, facility heads, and procurement teams. Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth onboarding and satisfaction. Market Analysis: Stay informed about competition, trends, and regional IT demand. Deliver insights to help enhance our offerings. Reporting & CRM: Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, negotiations, and forecasts in CRM. Prepare weekly/monthly updates on sales activities and revenues. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field. 1–2 years of B2B IT sales experience, preferably in colocation, cloud, data‑center, or managed services. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build long-term client relationships. Comfortable with cold calling, lead nurturing, field visits, and virtual demos. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
