Key Responsibilities:-

• Develop and execute creative concepts and designs across digital, print, and social platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually compelling assets.
• Lead end-to-end design projects, ensuring high-quality output and timely delivery.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication and marketing materials.
• Guide and mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Design UI mockups, web banners, brochures, presentations, and social media creatives.
• Work closely with developers or video editors when required for motion graphics or web visuals.

Required Skills :-

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 4–5 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency or corporate environment.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other relevant tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, UI/UX visuals, and print design.
• Excellent visual, conceptual, and typographic skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Strong communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
