Job Summary We need employees from the Social Media Background not from Print Media. We are a young start-up looking to hire a Graphic Designer. In this role, the candidate is expected to: Work as both an i ndividual designer and art director for all creative designs produced for clients Be a creative voice in all marketing projects, responsible for creative direction in packaging, event installations, digital, social, print, photography, apparel, and occasionally video Design and illustrate various assets to support marketing campaigns , sales meetings, and other customer needs. Develop engaging marketing creatives in various formats for digital campaign, mailers, sequential ad, videos Create designs , concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts Determine size and arrangement of illustrative material and copy, and select style, size of type, colour and logo in a advert Use typography , proximity and font styles in the best possible way to group the text in the right manner in an advert Develop and enhance design briefs/artwork by gathering information and data to clarify design requirements through research Determines the high visual impact and arrangement of illustrative material, text copy, font style and size About You – Necessary ingredients Responsibilities and Duties The ideal candidate will bring his or her own skill and taste to the table. Designing of Advertisement , Manuals, brochures, User interface, Layout, Banners, Logo Designing, Photoshop Artist, Creative Design, Stall Design, Sales/Marketing Collaterals Design Assist in maintaining our social media presence You are proactive especially when developing new and original ideas, love to problem-solve with design, have a strong eye for typography, and most importantly, are passionate about design and food. You have a general understanding of branding, and knowledge of basic photography and food styling is a plus. 1-2 years of experience as a designer or hands-on art director (especially in Digital) Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite ( especially Illustrator & Photoshop ). Work experience in in Software’s such as Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe In Design , After Effect , PowerPoint etc A generalist rather than a specialist, with a good eye and ability to produce compelling illustration, typography, and photography work, across various media Strong portfolio demonstrating examples of both digital and print design, with brand identity design a plus Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment, with a proven ability to develop and deliver product in timely manner and to handle multiple projects at once.
