Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Professional to drive business growth by promoting and selling our company’s IT products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technology solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, decision-makers, and channel partners.
• Understand client requirements and propose customized IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Achieve and exceed monthly or quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM systems.
• Attend industry events, webinars, and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT sales, software sales, or technology solutions selling.
• Strong understanding of IT products, cloud solutions, ERP, networking, or cybersecurity (depending on company domain).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle corporate clients and close high-value deals.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B / enterprise sales.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales deadlines.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Work Mode:

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday(9:30 - 6:30), Sunday Off.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
