Communicate effectively between the project office and the field team. 3. Quality Assurance & Control Conduct inspections and ensure adherence to quality and safety norms. Maintain proper documentation of tests, checklists, and site records. Verify the quality of materials and workmanship at all stages. 4. Measurement & Reporting Take accurate site measurements and maintain daily progress reports. Prepare work completion reports and assist in billing activities. Track resource usage and highlight variances from project plans. 5. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site safety protocols. Conduct toolbox meetings and report unsafe practices. Promote a safe working environment for all staff and laborers. 6. Problem Solving & Technical Support Identify and resolve technical issues or discrepancies in drawings. Provide technical inputs for construction methodology. Support senior engineers in managing cost control and site productivity.

Maintain inventory accuracy, manage shortages, and ensure timely replenishment. Oversee fleet management (vehicles, drivers, and delivery routes). 3. Customer Service & Relationship Management Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues effectively. Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and refilling services. Maintain long-term relationships with domestic and commercial customers. 4. Compliance & Safety Ensure adherence to all government, oil company, and safety regulations. Conduct regular safety checks, audits, and staff training on LPG handling and delivery. Maintain proper documentation, licenses, and statutory reports. 5. Team Management Supervise and motivate the sales and operational staff. Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions. Foster teamwork and ensure smooth coordination between departments. 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Analyze operational efficiency, sales trends, and customer satisfaction metrics. Recommend process improvements for better productivity and profitability.
