Assist in developing and executing content strategies for corporate branding and internal communication. Create engaging content in various formatswritten, 2D, motion graphicsaligned with brand guidelines. Use AI tools (e.g., generative design, content creation, automation) to enhance content development and streamline workflows. Explore and integrate them for content creation, graphic design, and automation. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather inputs and translate them into compelling communication pieces. Ensure consistency in tone, style, and visual identity across all communication channels. Track content performance and suggest improvements for better engagement and reach. Collaborate with the People & Communication team to conceptualize and deliver engaging designs for internal and external campaigns. Assist in creating visually appealing content for LinkedIn and internal branding initiatives. Ensure design consistency with brand guidelines while experimenting with fresh ideas.
