About Anchorial

Anchorial is a next-generation link-building agency that helps SaaS, B2B, and global brands earn real, white-hat backlinks through data-driven and relationship-based outreach. We focus on “LLM-first” link-building — creating placements that not only rank but also influence AI-driven visibility across search and chat models.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

As a Content Manager, you’ll manage all content operations for both Anchorial and its clients, ensuring every article, landing page, and guest post is keyword-optimized, strategically structured, and ready for the evolving landscape of AI SEO.

Role Overview

The Content Manager will lead the content strategy, creation, and optimization process across multiple projects. You’ll oversee the content team, manage keyword research, build on-page SEO strategies, and collaborate closely with the outreach and strategy teams to produce content that earns links, ranks on SERPs, and stands out in AI results.

This role blends editorial leadership, SEO strategy, and AI-based optimization skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Planning & Strategy

  • Plan, assign, and manage content for Anchorial’s internal projects and client accounts.
  • Build keyword-based content calendars aligned with client goals and search intent.
  • Identify high-potential topics using tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, and Surfer SEO.
  • Create SEO content briefs with clear structure, tone, and keyword focus.
  • Maintain content guidelines and ensure quality, originality, and relevance.

2. Keyword Research & Topic Clustering

  • Conduct advanced keyword research, clustering, and topical mapping.
  • Identify AI search–relevant keywords (entities and prompts that surface in ChatGPT/Gemini/Perplexity).
  • Develop content strategies that target both search engines and LLM visibility.
  • Analyze competitor content gaps and align them with link-building opportunities.

3. On-Page SEO & Optimization

  • Optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, and internal links for each page.
  • Ensure proper keyword placement, content readability, and semantic relevance.
  • Run on-page audits and provide improvement recommendations using tools like Surfer SEO, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Collaborate with web and SEO teams to implement schema, interlinking, and anchor text distribution.

4. Content Production & Editing

  • Manage a team of in-house and freelance writers.
  • Review drafts, edit for quality, tone, and factual accuracy.
  • Ensure all content is plagiarism-free, human-sounding, and optimized for engagement.
  • Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Quillbot, Perplexity) to enhance efficiency while maintaining human creativity.

5. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work with the Outreach Team to create content suitable for guest posts and link placements.
  • Coordinate with the Strategy Team for keyword priorities and client reporting.
  • Maintain content pipelines, deadlines, and performance dashboards via Monday, or Google Sheets.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Track keyword rankings, traffic performance, and link-attribution impact.
  • Evaluate content ROI — identify which articles drive links, leads, or LLM mentions.
  • Present monthly reports with actionable insights and optimization ideas.
