Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strategic alignment, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.

• Team Leadership:

  Guide, mentor, and manage a team of servicing executives/managers to ensure smooth execution of projects.

• Account Growth:

  Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and actively contribute to revenue growth.

• Project Oversight:

  Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met.

• Strategic Thinking:

  Partner with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production) to deliver innovative, insight-driven solutions.

• Client Pitches & Presentations:

  Lead presentations, proposals, and pitches, showcasing deep understanding of client needs and industry trends.

• Reporting & Analysis:

  Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of experience in

  client servicing / account management

  in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, brand strategy, and digital platforms.
• Proven track record in

  handling multiple large accounts

  and leading teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to proactively identify opportunities and solve problems.
