As an Outreach Manager, you’ll lead our outreach operations, manage the team, and ensure that every campaign runs efficiently from prospecting to placement.

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Outreach Manager who can oversee our outreach pipeline, manage a team of outreach specialists, and optimize our link-building campaigns for maximum conversions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with email prospecting tools (Apollo.io, Snov.io, Instantly, etc.), a strong understanding of SEO and link acquisition, and the ability to maintain editor relationships across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management

• Lead, train, and mentor a team of outreach specialists.
• Assign daily/weekly tasks, monitor performance, and ensure delivery targets are met.
• Maintain internal communication and streamline workflows.
• Conduct regular quality checks on outreach emails, responses, and live links.

Outreach Operations

• Build and manage outreach campaigns across Apollo.io or Snov.io.
• Ensure personalization and high deliverability in every campaign.
• Monitor open, click, and reply rates — and continuously A/B test messaging.
• Manage inboxes and follow-up sequences to maintain consistent communication with editors.
• Identify new link placement opportunities through content partnerships, guest posts, and link insertions.

Relationship Management

• Build long-term relationships with webmasters and editors.
• Negotiate placements, prices, and collaborations while maintaining brand integrity.
• Maintain a CRM of verified editors, partners, and contacts.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track and report KPIs: response rate, link placement rate, cost per link, etc.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to align outreach campaigns with client goals.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend actionable improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

Technical & Tool Knowledge

• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io and Snov.io (prospecting, sequences, data cleaning).
• Familiar with email warm-up, sender reputation, and deliverability best practices.
• Knowledge of Ahrefs for prospect qualification.
• Strong understanding of SEO, DR, organic traffic metrics, and anchor text distribution.
• Familiarity with different email marketing tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in outreach or link-building campaigns.
• Prior experience managing a small outreach or SEO team.
• Bachelor's degree (any field) — marketing background is a plus.
