We are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Analyst to join our People & Places team in Bengaluru, reporting to the Manager, International Benefits. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and enhancing our global benefits programs while also contributing to compensation operations and analytics. You’ll help ensure our offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our total rewards strategy. What you’ll do: Act as the primary contact for benefits vendors, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders Coordinate data transfers and ensure accuracy for benefits administration, including premiums, enrollments, and renewals Maintain and document procedures for benefits processes such as onboarding, open enrollment, reporting, and reconciliation Manage daily benefits operations and monthly billing cycles, ensuring timely and accurate execution Support compensation processes through data modeling, spreadsheet development, and analytics Conduct data audits and resolve integrity issues in collaboration with internal teams Maintain employee compensation and benefits records and ensure HRIS systems reflect current information Create and distribute materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment, and employee communications Provide training and guidance to employees and their families on benefits offerings Assist in the delivery and administration of wellness programs and related initiatives What you’ll bring: 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on benefits and exposure to compensation High integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; strong reporting and analytical capabilities Experience with Oracle HCM or similar HRIS platforms is highly desirable. A customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field What success looks like: After six months, you will… Be the go-to contact for employees, managers, vendors, and the local benefits broker in India Manage benefits onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth transitions Champion data accuracy across systems, particularly for benefits and dependent information. After About a Year, You Will… Identify and implement process improvements, such as automation of data flows and billing enhancements Collaborate cross-functionally on projects like PTO tracking and total rewards statements Take a lead role in wellness programming, helping to evolve and expand our offerings.
