Job Description

Location: Sikar, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Udaipur, Bikaner Key Responsibilities: • Business Development & Target Achievement: • Drive LAP product sales across the assigned cluster. • Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. • Ensure each branch and team member meets assigned business goals. • Team Management: • Manage, mentor, and motivate Branch Managers and Sales Executives. • Ensure proper hiring, training, and performance management of the team. • Build a high-performing sales culture. • Process & Compliance: • Ensure adherence to company policies, credit norms, and compliance guidelines. • Coordinate with the credit, legal, and operations teams for smooth disbursements. • Monitor login-to-disbursement conversion ratio. • Market Penetration & Customer Engagement: • Identify new business opportunities in the cluster area. • Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, channel partners, and customers. • Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings. • MIS & Reporting: • Provide regular business reports and market insights to senior management. • Monitor productivity metrics, file quality, and turnaround time. • Use data to track performance and take corrective actions. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Location: Sikar, Ajmer, Kishangarh, Udaipur, Bikaner • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline. • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sales, preferably in LAP or mortgage loans. • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. • Knowledge of local markets, channels, and competitors.
