Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for recruitment, managing HR operations, developing and implementing HR policies, handling employee relations, and supporting HR management tasks. The role includes overseeing the day-to-day HR functions to ensure smooth operations and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• HR Management and HR Operations skills
• Experience in Employee Relations and HR Policies
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in the finance industry is a plus
