Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Ratlam. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing loan applications, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include assessing clients' financial needs, explaining loan options, and assisting with documentation. The Relationship Manager is also expected to ensure timely loan processing and facilitate payment collections.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in client management and customer service
• Understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Secured Business Loans
• Knowledge of the SME and MSME sectors
• Proficiency in financial assessment and documentation processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance industry is a plus
