Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site field sales role in Bijapur and Bagalkot location for a Cluster Manager at Kreedo Early Childhood Solutions. The Cluster Manager will oversee the performance and growth of partner preschools in an assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing school relationships, ensuring curriculum implementation, providing operational support, conducting teacher training workshops, and working closely with owners to achieve school targets. The role requires a combination of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and consistent coordination with various stakeholders to uphold Kreedo’s commitment to quality education.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in communication , relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and collaborate with diverse teams
• Analytical skills to monitor performance, measure outcomes, and identify areas for improvement
• Knowledge of the early education space or prior experience in managing preschools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as part of the job requirements
