Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and profitability across all stores in the cluster.
Analyze performance reports and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
Maintain compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising, and brand standards.
Conduct store audits and ensure process excellence.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
Ensure customer-first culture and service quality across stores.
Monitor expenses, budgets, and financial control measures.
Coordinate with marketing, HR, and supply chain for seamless operations.
