About the job role


Chief of Staff – Strategy & Operations


Key responsibilities

Business & Operations Leadership

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly business operations across functions.
  • Track and ensure adherence to SLAs, timelines, and department KPIs.
  • Drive sales growth in line with business forecasts and strategic objectives.
  • Manage company-wide expenditures and oversee key operational decisions.

Sales & Revenue Operations

  • Monitor lead flow, conversion funnels, and revenue health metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Implement systems to improve revenue tracking and accountability.

Technology & Product Coordination

  • Act as the primary liaison between Founders and Tech/Product teams.
  • Ensure timely project delivery with clear scope planning and execution tracking.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

People & Culture

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Design training programs, SOPs, and performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and collaboration.

Finance & Budget Oversight

  • Develop and manage budgets with accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee vendor payments, payroll, and financial compliance.
  • Proactively identify financial risks and drive cost-control measures.

Strategic Reporting & Communication

  • Deliver daily/weekly dashboards on sales, tech, and operational performance.
  • Prepare monthly internal updates and investor communication reports.
  • Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.

Product & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement, vendor quality, and packaging standards.
  • Monitor delivery SLAs and reduce product return rates through corrective actions.

HR & Organizational Development

  • Define organizational structures, roles, and reporting hierarchies.
  • Implement HR policies around leaves, compensation, and performance cycles.
  • Build systems to strengthen employee engagement and retention.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in business operations, strategy, or Chief-of-Staff roles.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, HR, Finance).
  • Highly process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to bring clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with business and project management tools (Excel, Notion, CRMs, Asana/Trello/ClickUp).
