Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Support the CEO and leadership team in defining and implementing strategic initiatives and organisational goals.
  • Manage key projects, track milestones, and ensure the timely delivery of critical business objectives.
  • Drive alignment across teams through structured communication and coordination.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Research international markets to identify emerging opportunities, trends, and competitors.
  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to provide actionable insights that shape business strategy.
  • Prepare research-based reports and recommendations for leadership review.

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a point of contact for key clients and partners, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Support leadership in managing client relationships, feedback, and strategic engagements.
  • Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and performance reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to integrate research and client insights into business initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to drive efficiency and process improvements.

Travel & Operations Management

  • Plan, organise, and manage travel schedules and itineraries for the CEO
  • Ensure seamless coordination for client visits, events, and business trips.

Reporting & Communication

  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reports summarising key insights and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate communication between leadership and teams to ensure transparency and alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in business administration

    , Marketing, Strategy, or related field

  • 2–4 years of experience

    in roles such as

    Chief of Staff, Strategy Analyst, Project Manager

    , or

    Market Research Associate

    , ideally in a tech or product-based company.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in

    MS Office Suite

    ,

    Google Workspace

    , and

    data visualisation tools

    (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience managing client relationships and coordinating executive travel is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
