Chief of Staff

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning & Execution:

  Work closely with the leadership team to define OKRs, set priorities, and ensure execution across business functions.

• Project Management:

  Own special strategic projects from start to finish, including venture builds, operational transformation, GTM strategy, etc.

• Decision Support:

  Conduct research, prepare presentations, and provide analysis to support data-driven decision-making.

• Operational Excellence:

  Streamline workflows, improve processes, and ensure that leadership time is optimized for maximum impact.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Act as a liaison between the Founder/CEO and internal teams or external partners; manage investor and board communications as needed.

• Meeting & Communication Cadence:

  Run leadership reviews, team offsites, all-hands meetings, and track follow-ups and deliverables.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of total experience in management consulting, venture building, business strategy, or founder's office roles.
• A strong understanding of business models, GTM strategies, and startup operations.
• Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.
• High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
