Experience Required:

• 15–18 years in IT Services or industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on digital transformation and analytics in lending, preferably within NBFCs.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide initiatives in complex environments.
• Strong business partnership experience, delivering technology-led differentiators.
• Exposure to emerging digital technologies such as AI, Intelligent Automation, Analytics, and Innovation methodologies.
• Deep understanding of architecture and design principles for scalable, future-ready solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Wholesale Lending, Alternatives, Treasury, and Finance functions.
• Hands-on exposure to CRM, LOS, LMS, ERP, Treasury systems, Analytics, AI, RPA, and IT Infrastructure is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development

• Translate business needs into scalable technology platforms, aligned with architectural standards, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Define service standards and benchmarks for best-in-class delivery.
• Drive organizational change management and large-scale tech transformation programs.

2. Digital & Technology Enablement

• Lead development and implementation of technology solutions across Wholesale Lending, Alternatives, and Partner Functions (Treasury, HR, Finance).
• Expand and manage the Retail Finance External Apps portfolio.
• Champion data and analytics adoption to enable smarter business decisions.
• Drive digital innovation across customer and business touchpoints, including pilots and proof-of-concepts in emerging areas.

3. IT Infrastructure & Security

• Oversee infrastructure and IT security across cloud, data centers, networks, and end-user services, supporting 500+ branches nationwide.
• Introduce next-gen innovations in infrastructure and security.
• Design service models aligned to evolving business needs.

4. Standards, Compliance & Governance

• Define enterprise IT standards, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Manage regulatory interactions and ensure audit compliance.
• Build strong relationships with strategic vendor partners for seamless delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and system planning aligned with business goals.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business CEOs, Retail Finance CTO, and CXOs of partner functions to drive the digital agenda.
• Manage key supplier relationships to ensure business continuity.
• Work closely with regulators and auditors on compliance matters.

6. Budget & Cost Management

• Full ownership of technology budgets across the portfolio.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiency and automation while ensuring service quality.
