We are looking for a dynamic and highly accomplished
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
to join our leadership team and guide the financial direction of our fast-growing
SaaS enterprise
. This role will require a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in
IPO readiness, fundraising, compliance, cross-border financial operations, and technology-driven financial management
. The CFO will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, the Board, and senior leadership, ensuring the financial health, scalability, and long-term value creation of the company as it expands globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership
- Define and implement the company's financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with growth goals.
- Drive data-driven decision-making with deep insights into SaaS metrics such as ARR, MRR, CAC, churn, and LTV.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board on capital allocation, growth investments, and risk management.
- Fundraising & Investor Relations
- Lead fundraising efforts through venture capital, private equity, and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with investors, analysts, and financial institutions.
- Drive negotiations and secure financing to fuel expansion into new markets and geographies.
- IPO Readiness & Capital Market Strategy
- Spearhead the company's IPO journey, including regulatory filings, audit readiness, and due diligence.
- Partner with investment bankers, legal teams, and advisors to structure and execute capital market transactions.
- Develop public company-level governance standards, ensuring full transparency and compliance.
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Oversee financial compliance and governance across global jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Manage tax compliance, internal and external audits, and risk management practices.
- Ensure systems and policies meet the highest standards of legal, financial, and ethical responsibility.
- Cross-Border Financial Management
- Lead multi-jurisdictional financial operations, covering cross-border taxation, transfer pricing, treasury management, and FX risk.
- Align global financial structures to optimize efficiency and compliance across multiple geographies.
- Collaborate with regional teams to support localized business needs while maintaining centralized financial oversight.
- Technology & Financial Systems
- Champion the use of advanced financial technologies, ERP platforms, BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and DHCP-enabled systems for secure, scalable financial operations.
- Establish real-time reporting dashboards to provide accurate and timely insights to leadership and investors.
- Continuously improve automation, systems, and financial processes for agility and scalability.
- Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and lead a world-class finance team capable of supporting the company's global growth ambitions.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and financial literacy across all business functions.
- Inspire collaboration and innovation to drive performance at both strategic and operational levels.
Desired Qualifications
- Education: MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent advanced finance qualification.
- Experience: Minimum 18+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in SaaS / technology-driven businesses.
- Proven track record in fundraising, IPO execution, compliance, and cross-border operations.
- Expertise in SaaS financial metrics, valuation models, and investor engagement.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
