HR function

Role Description

• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategy in alignment with company goals
• Drive automation of financial and operational processes to improve efficiency and real-time reporting
• Establish and monitor company-wide MIS and KPI systems, linking financial insights with individual and departmental performance
• Ensure accuracy in financial records, reporting, and compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Develop and manage P&L ownership at the regional/branch level and ensure cost-center accountability
• Partner with the executive team on strategic planning, risk management, and business expansion initiatives
• Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and audit mechanisms across finance and HR functions
• Oversee legal, investment, insurance, and commercial financial matters
• Provide leadership to the HR department including payroll, recruitment coordination, and workforce performance tracking
• Build and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of ownership, accuracy, and business partnership

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA, CA, etc.)
• Strong Financial Planning, Compliance and Reporting skills
• Exceptional Analytical Skills and ability to lead through data
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in Faridabad
• Experience in the service industry is a plus
