Chief Financial Officer

Job Summary:

The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, risk management, record-keeping, and financial reporting. In the real estate industry, the CFO plays a key role in managing project finances, investor relations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while optimizing profitability and cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow for multiple real estate projects.

- Oversee fund allocation, project costing, and profitability analysis.

- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements (RERA, GST, Income Tax, ROC, etc.).

- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and investors for funding and project finance.

- Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure cost efficiency.

- Oversee financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.

- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the management.

- Manage the finance and accounts team, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

- Develop risk management frameworks and internal financial controls.

- Work closely with the procurement and project teams for budget approvals and fund disbursement.

- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis and business intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance.

- 10–15 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a senior role in the real estate sector.

- Strong knowledge of project finance, taxation, compliance, and financial modeling.

- Excellent leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, ERP, SAP, etc.).

- Ability to manage investor relationships and large-scale project finances.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹41,625.28 - ₹147,819.78 per month
