Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer based in Ahmedabad. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, developing and monitoring financial strategies, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and legal financial requirements. The role involves managing budgetary controls, financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the organization's goals. Collaboration with other departments, alongside leadership in financial decision-making, will be key responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance for strategic decision-making
• Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret Financial Statements
• Proven skills in Financial Reporting and forecasting
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial risks and opportunities
• Thorough understanding of compliance and regulatory standards in finance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• MBA in Finance, CA, or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in renewable energy or related industries is advantageous
