Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and management of the organization
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance monitoring
  • Manage funding strategies including institutional lending, multilateral agencies, and project finance
  • Develop and evaluate financial models for infrastructure, urban, industrial, and PPP projects
  • Ensure effective working capital management and cash flow planning
  • Oversee contract-related financial evaluations and procurement processes
  • Manage financial risk, compliance, and internal control systems
  • Liaise with government departments, regulatory bodies, lenders, and financial institutions
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, accounting, and audit requirements
  • Support senior management and the Board with financial analysis, MIS, and decision support

  • Ability to work in a highly regulated, multi-stakeholder environment

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA)

    from

    Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

Preferable Qualification:

  • MBA in Finance

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum

    15 (Fifteen) years

    of

    post-qualification experience

  • Proven experience in the

    infrastructure sector

    handling

    corporate financial management

    , including:
    • Cost and budgetary control
    • Institutional / multilateral finance
    • Working capital management
  • Experience in

    Financial Planning

    ,

    Project Structuring

    , and

    Financial Modelling

    of:
