Handle all
legal and contractual matters
related to infrastructure and corporate projects
Draft, review, and vet
contracts, agreements, MoUs, tenders, and legal documents
Provide legal support during
contract procurement
, bid evaluation, and award processes
Advise management on
corporate law, contract law, and infrastructure-related legal issues
Manage legal risks, claims, disputes, and arbitration matters
Liaise with external legal counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies
Ensure compliance with applicable
laws, rules, regulations, and government guidelines
Support management in policy formulation and legal decision-making
Maintain legal documentation, case records, and compliance reports

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

LLB degree in Law
from a recognized college/university

Desirable Qualification:

Postgraduate qualification in
Legal / Contracts Management / Corporate Law / Business Law

Experience Requirements

Minimum
05 (Five) years
of
post-qualification experience
as on the date of advertisement
Experience in handling
legal issues related to corporate law and infrastructure projects
Exposure to contracts, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance
Candidates with experience in
government / PSU sector infrastructure projects
will be given
preference
