Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of infrastructure and civil engineering projects
  • Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for large-scale infrastructure development projects
  • Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with government departments, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders
  • Review project designs, estimates, DPRs, tender documents, and technical proposals
  • Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, and safety requirements
  • Oversee contract management, project risk mitigation, and dispute resolution
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management / governing authorities

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical expertise in

    civil engineering and infrastructure development

  • Proven leadership and project management capabilities
  • Knowledge of government procedures, tendering processes, and contract management
  • Financial acumen and ability to evaluate project viability and cost controls
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and decision-making skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in

    urban infrastructure, real estate, highways, metro, water supply, or large public infrastructure projects

  • Exposure to multi-stakeholder government or PSU-driven projects
  • Ability to handle high-value and complex infrastructure programs

Educational Qualifications

Essential Qualification:

  • B.E. / B.Tech. in

    Civil Engineering

    or equivalent from a recognized university/institution

Desirable Qualifications:

  • M.Tech. in Civil Engineering or equivalent
  • MBA
  • Post Graduate Program in

    Financial Development & Management

    /

    Urban Infrastructure

    /

    Real Estate

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum

    15 (Fifteen) years

    of

    post-qualification experience

    in

    infrastructure development

    as on the date of advertisement
  • The candidate must have held a position of

    Assistant General Manager (AGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM) / General Manager (GM)

    or an equivalent role for at least

    02 (two) years

    during the

    last 05 (five) years

  • Candidates with experience in handling

    government / PSU sector projects

    will be given

    preference
