Basic Skills: Familiarity with government and private tender portals Sound understanding of electrical systems, project cost elements , and service contracts. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word); knowledge of ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail, time management, and documentation skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimization and competitiveness .

We are currently seeking a Senior Manager Tendering to join our Tendering Department for the MVI ETO Tendering Team. You will focus on MV Switchgear (AIS, GIS, RMU, PSS) Tendering from the Plant side, ensuring utmost accuracy on costing and process compliance. Your primary goal will be to ensure order booking as per targets. In this journey, your main focus will be on the following points: Standardization of offers and maintaining Tender Databases. Provide support to the Tender Manager in the day-to-day actions of the tendering team. Process customer Request For Quotations efficiently to meet the customer's requested date. If unable to meet the requested date, escalate to the Tender Manager for review. Interpret customer specifications to ensure the correct requirements are delivered. Any ambiguities must be clarified with the opportunity leader prior to offer submission. Ensure all Terms and Conditions are as per standard . Any deviations from standard Terms and Conditions must be raised to the Tendering Manager prior to the offer being uploaded to bFO. Be the SPOC for tendering and customer questions relating to technical queries. Ensure each tender has an Estimate Analysis Sheet that is correctly configured. Ensure that the formal technical/commercial risk analysis is undertaken. Challenge internal costs to optimize the tenders , in close collaboration with the Project Buyer. Prepare handover documents as per guideline . Attend handover meetings as a representative from the tendering team. Attend and participate in local SIM meetings . If requested, support the Tendering Manager in attending other unit SIM team meetings. Undertake and encourage self-development , either through Schneider University, e-learning, or external training. Qualifications Degree in Electrical Engineering . 8 to 15 years of working experience is preferable. Knowledge in the Switchgear field with commercial knowledge. Good planning, interpersonal, and communication skills. Previous experience in MV Switchgear Marketing & Tendering .
