Role & responsibilities The MEP Project Delivery Head is responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of MEP services. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage specialized subcontractors, and act as the primary technical liaison between architects, structural engineers, and clients. Managing and Monitoring all Ongoing Projects Testing, Commissioning and Delivery: rk closely with Director of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) as well onsite safety managers and jointly own all EHS requirements and compliances for the under-construction projects including civil and MEP fit outs. Project Planning & Strategy Oversee the installation of HVAC, electrical distribution, fire protection, plumbing, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems. Lead the Testing & Commissioning (T&C) phase, ensuring all systems (BMS, HVAC, Fire) are fully integrated and operational. Define MEP project scope, resource requirements, and critical path milestones. Review design documents, shop drawings, and technical submittals for constructability and "clash" detection. Implement BIM (Building Information Modeling) workflows to coordinate MEP services with structural and architectural elements. Compensation: Fixed plus variable 35-50 lacs ( negotiable) Preferred candidate profile Education Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (Masters or MBA preferred). Experience 12–23 years in Project delivery & MEP project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale commercial, Data Center, industrial, or high-rise projects. Technical Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and Project Management software (MS Project, Primavera, or Procore). Certifications PMP (Project Management Professional) and LEED AP or CEM (Certified Energy Manager) are highly desirable.
