Conduct ESG due diligence and prepare risk assessments and performance dashboards. 2. Digital Solutions for Logistics & Transportation Define and deliver digital ESG solutions to modernize logistics and transportation operations. Provide subject matter expertise in TMS platforms , control tower software (e.g., FourKites, FarEye), and analytics-driven optimization. Evaluate and implement sustainability tools such as IBM Envizi , Sphera , Integrity.NXT , and FRDM.AI . Lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives and high-impact consulting engagements to expand the ESG digital footprint. 3. Capability Building & Practice Development Create ESG consulting frameworks, templates, and best-practice toolkits to strengthen internal capability. Partner with technology providers to co-develop AI-driven sustainability solutions. Lead alliances and go-to-market (GTM) strategy for sustainability offerings. Mentor teams in ESG data management, reporting automation, and digital transformation. Required Skills & Competencies Domain Expertise: 10–12 years in Supply Chain with strong hands-on experience in Transportation / Logistics . Proven CO₂ footprint reporting experience. Exposure to Supply Chain Planning, Inventory, S&OP, Order Management is an advantage.
