About the Role:

Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  transportation and fulfillment activities

  ensuring cost-effective and timely deliveries.
• Maintain and optimize

  transportation models

  balancing cost, service, and efficiency.
• Support

  planning, inventory control, and order fulfillment

  processes.
• Handle

  import/export documentation

  and ensure compliance with trade regulations.
• Liaise with

  customers, carriers, and suppliers

  , and participate in review and escalation meetings.
• Drive

  issue resolution

  and support within the Operations Management (OM) team.
• Monitor and manage

  SLA metrics, KPIs, and performance standards

  .
• Provide insights and reports through

  SAP and Power BI

  .
• Prepare and present reports using

  Microsoft Office tools

  (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate with

  5–8 years of experience

  in

  Logistics and Transportation Operations

  .

• BPO industry experience

  preferred; exposure to the

  petrochemical domain

  is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of

  store to fulfillment

  ,

  supply chain processes

  , and

  transportation planning

  .

• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Power BI

  .
• Skilled in

  Microsoft Office Suite

  .
• Excellent

  communication and stakeholder management

  skills.

Work Environment:

• Willingness to work in

  rotational shifts (APAC / EMEA / US)

  .
• Must be

  available on-site

  for all working days.
• This is an

  individual contributor role

  (no people management responsibilities currently).
