Job Title: Senior Executive/Team Lead/Assistant Manager


• Handle a team size of 15 to 20 Associates.

• Provide subject matter expertise for issues.

• Ensure compliance with all company and business policies and administer all sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow.

• Effectively process customer orders, returns if any, and expedite order fulfillment to improve the level of customer service

• Act as Single Point of contact for query resolution by providing subject matter expertise for wide range of issues.

• Attend process level meetings which are customer facing in nature.

• Support Management with insights on the process/domain decisions.

• Identify areas and opportunities of automation for improving productivity

• Provide coaching & mentoring to team members

• Experience in a BPO environment preferably Retail/CPG Industry 

• Experience in working on ERP systems i.e SAP & Web based tools

• Any bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

• End to End understanding of Order Management Process, Order fulfillment, Load planning, Agreements, Order Amendments, Pricing, licensee, pricing sheets, Handling reports etc

• Reporting and analytical ability to handle order generation procedures

• Knowledge in supply chain will be added advantage. (Link between sales and global supply planning)

• Customer / Client facing experience preferred

• Works well with cross functional teams

• Direct import business selling strategies

• Strong understanding of Order to Cash process

• Strong written & oral communication skills with internal customers.

• Minimum 2 + years of Team handling experience of team size of 10 + team members are required

• Strong analytical & interpersonal skills

• Problem solving and analytical skills.

• Proficient MS skills – Excel

• Internal QA experience

• Experience in creating knowledge base would be an advantage.

• Good knowledge on KPI’s and SLA’s

• Co-ordination with supply chain stake holders post order entry (Planner, career, customer, Sales, factory, logistics)
