About the Role:

Retail Fraud Analytics Practice

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to drive revenue growth from next-generation analytics and fraud management solutions.
• Engage with clients to understand business challenges, present tailored solutions, and develop strong relationships.
• Lead the creation of RFP/RFI responses, proposals, and business cases through research, estimation, and solutioning.
• Develop customized solutions and value propositions; socialize them internally and externally.
• Work across teams for solution design, automation, transition, and proof-of-value creation.
• Build strategic alliances with partners and lead discussions to expand practice capabilities.
• Create reusable artifacts, case studies, and knowledge collaterals for continuous improvement.
• Mentor project teams and ensure smooth project execution and transition.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Support hiring, training, and marketing initiatives to scale the practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education:

  MBA or any Graduate, preferably

  B.Tech / B.Sc in Mathematics or Statistics

  .

• Experience:

  8+ years total experience including:
• 1–2 years in

  Fraud Management / Loss Prevention

  (Retail, CPG, eCommerce, Telecom, or Financial Services).
• 3+ years in

  Project Management

  for large-scale client engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to interpret large datasets and detect complex anomalies.
• Proficiency in

  MS PowerPoint, Word, Advanced Excel

  , and familiarity with

  Visualization Tools

  (Power BI/Tableau).

• Certifications (Preferred):

  PMP, Agile/Prince2, CFE, Lean Six Sigma.
• Curious mindset with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
