Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for the Order to Cash (O2C) – Collections with SAP (Voice Process) role, based in Bengaluru South. The role involves end-to-end management of the order-to-cash process, including order processing, collections, and coordination with internal teams and customers. Daily activities include communicating effectively with clients, managing customer accounts, ensuring timely payments, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and maintaining records with high accuracy and compliance. Collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless processes will be integral to this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to assess payment behaviors, identify discrepancies, and develop efficient solutions.
• Proficiency in Order Management and Order Processing to manage end-to-end O2C functions and ensure efficiency.
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders in the voice process.
• Customer Service expertise to provide top-notch support and maintain positive client relationships.
• Experience with SAP systems is essential; familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in collections or order-to-cash processes preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Educational qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field is preferred.
